RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

General Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Skincare & Personal Care Products (Important)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products are non-returnable.

We only accept returns for these products if:

  • The item is damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Photo or video proof may be required

Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Exchanges
